A: The Closing Fee is something every dealership in the state charges. It has many different names such as: Documentation Fee, Administration Fee, and Dealership Fee. The simple definition is that the front half of our staff is paid off of the amount of units we sell (Sales People and Sales Managers). The back office staff doesn't sell anything so this is what pays their salary (Accountants, title clerks, transportation drivers, and webmasters). The amount of the closing fee may differ from dealer to dealer. We charge $399. It is always smart to ask what those charges are from each dealership because that value can vary.
